Rochester had a very dry winter last year and no major snowstorms. Some people were very happy about this, but we missed the snow. The obvious reason being skiing! But also just taking Otis for walks through the snowy neighborhood and going snowshoeing in a local park. As mentioned in previous post about Christmas, we returned to quite a snowly landscape in Rochester for our Christmas travels. This is what our driveway looked like. Greg spent an hour shoveling out the house.
Over the weekend, we bundled Parker up and took her for a walk around the neighborhood. We have a borrowed snow suit from Fallyn Chalfant and new boots from LL Bean but lacking in the mitten area. New, waterproof mittens have been purchased and are on their way.
