Apples

It was a gorgeous weekend in Western New York and even though we have so many things to accomplish on the house, we knew we needed to get out and enjoy the weather instead.  We will have a long winter ahead of us to change electrical outlets, door knobs, and light fixtures.

On Sunday, we went apple picking at The Apple Farm in Victor.  At the last minute we invite Jason, Emily, Colin, & Ben Nudds to join us.  The Nudds brought a wagon and Parker ended up riding in it more than their boys.  

After the apple picking, we treated ourselves to some apple cider donuts, the the Dads took the kids on the hay ride and we grabbed from a food truck that was parked there for the day.

The apples were transformed into an apple crisp last night and it was delish!
