Random Summer 2018

Tom Petty concert (he passed away a few weeks later):

My boss, Chris Flynn, was selling his house and had one last party and invited us. Parker was so impressed she wrote about it in her journal.

Parker took a summer ballet class:

Greg's best buddies from high school had a get together because the Allens were visiting from Colorado. Here are some of their kids. We ended up hosting them at our house two days later as well!

4th of July Week - Columbus & St. Louis

We had another combo road trip across the Midwest in early July. Our end goal was St. Louis, in part to attend the second semi-annual Lang family reunion. Usually when we drive through Columbus, we stay one night and head out early the next morning. This time we extended our stay and celebrated the 4th of July with the Yohes!

The family reunion! Amazing for so many reasons. Almost all of my cousins and their kids were there, just missing Rob who lives in Minnesota. The heat broke and it was an amazingly sunny day in the 70's. And it as I look back on this now, it was before we lost two of our beloved Lang boys.

All the girl cousins, in age order

Then a wonderful visit with my oldest and dearest friends (and their kiddos):
